Read MoreI love granola, but avoid most store bought variations because of how much sugar and other funky stuff they sneak in there. I feel similarly about nut milks and can't stand when you turn over a label and there are 10+ ingredients like these common additives: sunflower lecithin, locust bean gum, gellan gum, ascorbic acid. WTF is that stuff?! I have come to truly love the ritual of making my own almond milk and adapted a simple recipe I found to make delicious clean granola from the almond milk pulp.
